The Negev desert map 1913.
A Map of the southern Negev desert first written and edited by a team of investigators sent by the British Intelligence Corps in the days before World War I.
The purpose of the team was mapping and knowledge of the area, roads, water resources and residents.
This map is accurate and impressive, the copy that you see, is in the library at the University of Toronto, Canada.
